• Тhe staff of the Constitutional Council • Analytical department 1) Carries out scientific researches and the analysis of a condition and prospects of realization of potential of the Constitution, practice of observance and maintenance of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in foreign countries; 2) On the basis of studying experience of foreign bodies of the constitutional control carries out preparation of corresponding analytical materials; 3) Develops offers and recommendations on the further perfection of mechanisms of realization of the constitutional control; 4) Carries out preparation of analytical materials on behalf of Chairman, members of the Constitutional Council - lecturers on consideration of references and the Head of the Staff; 5) Carries out connection with the central state bodies of Republic Kazakhstan, with bodies of the constitutional control of foreign countries and the international organizations; 6) Provides interaction with mass media, advises representatives of mass-media, lets out press releases about activity of the Constitutional Council, carries out press conferences and interview to Chairman and members of the Constitutional Council, prepares for Chairman and members CС for digests on materials of news agencies and a selection of publications about work CС, carries out accreditation of journalists at the Constitutional Council, supports an official site of the Constitutional Council, forming materials for their accommodation; 7) Carries out correspondence and prepares for projects of the documents concerning to the competence of members of the Constitutional Council; 8) Renders auxiliary, consulting and organizational technical maintenance of activity of members of the Constitutional Council; 9) Carries out other assignments of Chairman and the Head of the Staff. |

On August, 30, 2010, 15 years are executed from the date of acceptance on a national referendum of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July, 12 till July, 15, 2010 in Jakarta (Indonesia) passes 7-th conference of judges of the Asian constitutional courts and bodies of the constitutional control «the Constitutional law in maintenance of selective process» in which work representatives of 24 countries and two international organizations take part, including, the Kazakhstan delegation headed by Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of I.Rogov. With a salutatory word at opening of conference the President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Udhoyono has acted. To one of the central actions of conference began establishment of the Asian association of the constitutional courts and bodies of the constitutional control.
On June, 21, 2010. Astana. The annual Message of the Constitutional Council «About a condition of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Kazakhstan» is announced at joint session of Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic by Chairman of the Constitutional Council I.Rogov.
Rogov Igor Ivanovich is appointed by the Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan to new 6-years term by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June, 15, 2010.
On June, 10-11, 2010. Copenhagen (Denmark). Anniversary conference «20 years of existence of the Copenhagen document of OSCE has taken place: the status and the future prospects». Members of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Belorukov N.V. and Malinovskij V.A. have taken part in its work.
