On December 24-26th, 2010. Geneva, Switzerland. The member of the Constitutional Council Belorukov N.V. has taken apart in a work of IV World Congress against death penalty. The organizers of function have acted France public fond «Ensemble contre la peine de mort» in collaboration with World Coalition against death penalty.
On February, 8th, 2010. Almaty. The Chairman of the Constitutional Council Rogov I.I., a member of the Constitutional Council Belorukov N.V. and the counselor of Chairman Nurmuhanov B.M. have taken part in work of a round table: «Prospects of liberalization of a criminal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan», organized by the Republic of Kazakhstan State Office of Public Prosecutor.
On January, 29th, 2010. Almaty. At session of dissertational council D14A.50.15 about award of a scientific degree of the doctor of jurisprudence at the Kazakh National university of a name al-Faraby dissertation protection on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of jurisprudence on a speciality «12.00.08 – criminal law and криминология has taken place; the criminally-executive right» the adviser of the Chairman of the Constitutional Council B.Nurmuhanov for a theme «the Parity of principles of national criminal law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the international criminal law».
On January, 22nd, 2010. Almaty. The member of the Constitutional Council of Belorukov N.V. has taken part in a round table on a theme: «Prospects of liberalization of a criminal policy in Republic Kazakhstan» which has taken place in Kazakh national university of a name of Al-Faraby.
Initiators of carrying out of the given action are scientists-lawyers who are disturbed sometimes by a biased estimation of foreign experts of a situation with human rights in establishments of criminally-executive system of Kazakhstan.
On January, 10th, 2010. Almaty. Session of a round table on a theme has taken place: «Pressing questions of development of administrative law in the light of the new Concept of a legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan» which is organized by the Constitutional Council, Committee on the legislation and judicial-legal reform of Mazhilis of Parliament, Public Fund «the Charter for human rights», representation Fried House in Kazakhstan, University of a name of D.A.Kunaev and Kazakhstan criminal association.
