On January, 10th, 2010. Almaty. Session of a round table on a theme has taken place: «Pressing questions of development of administrative law in the light of the new Concept of a legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan» which is organized by the Constitutional Council, Committee on the legislation and judicial-legal reform of Mazhilis of Parliament, Public Fund «the Charter for human rights», representation Fried House in Kazakhstan, University of a name of D.A.Kunaev and Kazakhstan criminal association. For exemplary service in state structures the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December, 4th, 2009 are awarded the members of the Constitutional Council Belorukov N.V. the order by an award "Parasat" and Zhailganova A.N. the order by an award "Kurmet". On December, 14th, 2009. Astana. The member of the Constitutional Council Belorukov N.V. has taken part at plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On December, 9th, 2009. The member of the Constitutional Council Stamkulov U.M. has taken part in the International scientifically-practical conference «Modernization of national legal system taking into account the Concept of a legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period with 2010 till 2020», the Republic of Kazakhstan organized by the Ministry of Justice. On December, 7-8th, 2009. Berlin (Germany). The Kazakhstan delegation as a part of the Chairman of the Constitutional Council I.Rogov, the Chairman of the Supreme Court M.Alimbekov, the First deputy of General Public prosecutor I.Merkel, the Chairman of Committee on the legislation and legal questions of the Senate of Parliament of B.Imashev, judges of the Supreme Court, and also known domestic scientists-lawyers takes part in the international colloquium on a theme: «the Concept of a legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period with 2010 on 2020: a sustainable development in sphere of legal and judicial reform». On December, 3rd, 2009. Karlsrue (German). The Kazakhstan delegation as a part of the Chairman of the Constitutional Council I.Rogov, the Chairman of the Supreme Court M.Alimbekov and the First deputy of General Public prosecutor I.Merkel has made official visit to Federal Constitutional Court of Federal Republic Germany. November 23, 2009 the Chairman of the Constitutional Council of Republic I.Rogov has accepted a delegation of the Supreme Cassation Court of the Republic of Bulgaria in structure of its Chairman Lazar Gruev, vice-president, chairman of the criminal board Grozdan Ilyev, judge of the Second branch of the Trade board Marya Slavcheva and judge of the First staff of the First branch of the Civil board Galabina Petrova. On November, 3rd 2009 has passed session of the Constitutional Council about consideration of the reference of the Prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Masimov about official interpretation of norms of article 4 of the Constitution, regarding distribution of the priority of the international contracts ratified by Republic established by given norm before its laws, and spontaneities of their application on decisions of the international organizations and their bodies, formed according to such contracts, in particular, on decisions of the Commission of the Customs union created according to the Contract on the Commission of the customs union from October, 6th, 2007, ratified by Kazakhstan on June, 24th, 2008. On October, 29th, 2009. The meeting of members of the Constitutional Council Belorukov N.V. and Malinovskij V.A. with delegation of German Fund on the international legal cooperation as a part of the Director of Fund of Mr. Matiasa Vekerlinga and the head of the Berlin office of Fund of Mr. Hristiana Hjuka has taken place. On October 21-22nd, 2009. Bishkek (the Kirghiz Republic). The member of the Constitutional Council Malinovskij V.A. has taken part in work of Regional round table: «Freedom of organization in the countries of the Central Asia», organized by Bureau of OSCE on democratic institutes and human rights. |

On August, 27-28, 2010. In capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Astana in the Palace of the world and the consent, the international scientific - practical conference has passed: «the Constitution - a basis of democratic development of the state », devoted to the 15-anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On August, 20, 2010. Astana. The Ceremony of solemn clearing of an art stamp has taken place in the Constitutional Council of «15 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan», the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan devoted to the 15-anniversary.
On August, 13, 2010. Astana. The Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic I.Rogov has accepted the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Azerbaijan Republic in the Republic of Kazakhstan Gashimov Zakir Aryphogly.
On July, 22, 2010. Vienna (Austria). The member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Belorukov N.V. has taken part in the Second session of the Advisory council on human measurement of OSCE.
