On June, 4, 2010. Venice (Italy). The Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic I.Rogov has taken part in work of 83-rd Plenary session of the European commission for democracy through the right of the Council of Europe (the Venetian commission) and other actions devoted to 20-years anniversary of the Venetian commission. The Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic I.Rogov has taken part in work of 83-rd Plenary session of the European commission for democracy through the right of the Council of Europe (the Venetian commission) and other actions devoted to 20-years anniversary of the Venetian commission. The General secretary of the Council of Europe, the head of some European states, representatives of bodies of the constitutional control of the countries of near and far abroad, and also the authoritative international organizations have taken part in the specified actions. The Chairman of the Constitutional Council has informed the Venetian commission on achievements of Kazakhstan in sphere of realization of the state legal policy and maintenance of the constitutional legality in the country. With the big interest members of the Venetian commission had been perceived the information on realization of the new Concept of a legal policy till 2020. Close cooperation of the Constitutional Council and the Venetian commission is marked, in particular, the Constitutional Council had been took into account opinion of the Venetian Commission on a question of interpretation of some norms of the Constitution of Kazakhstan concerning questions of participation of the Republic in activity of the Commission of the Customs union between Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. I.Rogov has invited a management of the Commission to take part in the international conference «The Constitution - a basis of democratic development of the state», the Constitution of Kazakhstan devoted to the 15-anniversary which is planned on August, 27-28, 2010 in Astana. The invitation with gratitude was accepted. |

In capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Astana in the Palace of the world and the consent, the international scientific - practical conference has passed: «the Constitution - a basis of democratic development of the state », devoted to the 15-anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
