From July, 12 till July, 15, 2010 in Jakarta (Indonesia) has passed 7-th conference of judges of the Asian constitutional courts and bodies of the constitutional control «the Constitutional law in maintenance of selective process» in which work representatives of 24 countries and two international organizations take part, including, the Kazakhstan delegation headed by Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of I.Rogov. With a salutatory word at opening of conference the President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Udhoyono has acted. To one of the central actions of conference began establishment of the Asian association of the constitutional courts and bodies of the constitutional control. The Chairman of the Constitutional Council RK I.Rogov has acted with the report: «the Role of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in maintenance of the constitutional legality in selective process». Within the framework of conference the Chairman of CС of RК has met the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia M.Mahfud. During a meeting questions of strengthening of the constitutional legality in our countries and deepening of cooperation between bodies of the constitutional justice were discussed. Concerning the introduction of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan into I.Rogov"s again created Association has declared, that this question will be solved according to the procedures established by the Kazakhstan legislation. |

On August, 27-28, 2010. In capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Astana in the Palace of the world and the consent, the international scientific - practical conference has passed: «the Constitution - a basis of democratic development of the state », devoted to the 15-anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On August, 20, 2010. Astana. The Ceremony of solemn clearing of an art stamp has taken place in the Constitutional Council of «15 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan», the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan devoted to the 15-anniversary.
On August, 13, 2010. Astana. The Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic I.Rogov has accepted the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Azerbaijan Republic in the Republic of Kazakhstan Gashimov Zakir Aryphogly.
On July, 22, 2010. Vienna (Austria). The member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Belorukov N.V. has taken part in the Second session of the Advisory council on human measurement of OSCE.
