Administration of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The function of the Administration of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to facilitate the work of the Constitutional Council and to implement its authority.
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having force of the constitutional law 29 December 1995 "On the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Service", The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Adoption of the Classification of State Administrative Positions for state servants and List of Categories of the State Administrative Positions", Regulation of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Charter of the Administration of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts are the legal bases of the Administration of the Constitutional Council. According to its purposes and functional duties, the Administration of the Constitutional Council is to interact with the President's Administration, Administration of the Parliament (both of the Senate and of the Mazhilis), Prime-minister's Chancellery, Supreme Court Administration, local courts, and other state bodies.
The Administration of the Constitutional Council carries out legal, organized inquiry and other auxiliary work in supporting the activity of the Constitutional Council. For these purposes the Administration of the Constitutional Council has following functions:
1) to provide legal analysis of laws and international agreements, made by the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are object of constitutional proceeding;
2) to organize preparation of materials for sessions of the Constitutional Council;
3) to provide informational analytical work, and issue of inquiry materials for publications;
4) to exercise organization, coordination, control and realization of the documentation management processes;
5) to provide interacting with the media of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) to oversee the financial, technical, and social services budgets of the Constitutional Council;
7) to maintain relationships with international organizations, constitutional courts, and equivalent bodies of foreign states;
8) to arrange work schedule.
The Administration of the Constitutional Council consists of the following structured subdivisions:
1) International Liaison and Organizational Work Department.
2) Legal Department.
3) Informational and Analytical Department.
4) General Department.
5) Financial and Administrative Department.

On August, 30, 2010, 15 years are executed from the date of acceptance on a national referendum of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July, 12 till July, 15, 2010 in Jakarta (Indonesia) passes 7-th conference of judges of the Asian constitutional courts and bodies of the constitutional control «the Constitutional law in maintenance of selective process» in which work representatives of 24 countries and two international organizations take part, including, the Kazakhstan delegation headed by Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of I.Rogov. With a salutatory word at opening of conference the President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Udhoyono has acted. To one of the central actions of conference began establishment of the Asian association of the constitutional courts and bodies of the constitutional control.
On June, 21, 2010. Astana. The annual Message of the Constitutional Council «About a condition of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Kazakhstan» is announced at joint session of Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic by Chairman of the Constitutional Council I.Rogov.
Rogov Igor Ivanovich is appointed by the Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan to new 6-years term by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June, 15, 2010.
On June, 10-11, 2010. Copenhagen (Denmark). Anniversary conference «20 years of existence of the Copenhagen document of OSCE has taken place: the status and the future prospects». Members of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Belorukov N.V. and Malinovskij V.A. have taken part in its work.
