Was born on May, 27, 1943 in Almaty area. In 1973 has ended the Kazakh state university named S.М. Kirov. On March, 30, 1999 the Order of Chairman of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is appointed by a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Was born on July, 5, 1957 in the East Kazakhstan area. In January, 1997 has passed for work to Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a post of the Department managing sector on questions of the legislation and judicial system. On April, 2, 1999 the Order of Chairman of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Omarhanov K.A. it is appointed by a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Bychkova Svetlana Fedorovna was born on 1957 July 7 in Gambulskaya oblast. Graduated from Kazakh State University Physical (1978) and Law (1991)Faculty. From 1986 to 1997 worked as senior research fellow, as head of section, as deputy of director of the Kazakh Research Judicial Examination Institute. Before being appointed as a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bychkova Svetlana Fedorovna was the Director of the Judicial Examination Center of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Bychkova Svetlana Fedorovna is appointed as a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 20 February 2002.
Abisheyv Khabylsayat Asimbayevich was born on 1957, May 23 in Karagandinskaya oblast.In 1978 he was take in Karagandinskij State University Law Faculty. From university worked as a teacher of the chair of the University. From 1986 to 1989 - research fellow of the Philosophy and Law Institute of the Academy of Sciences Kazakh SSR. From 1991 to 1994- chief of the chair of the Karagandinskij State University.Abisheyv Khabylsayat Asimbayevich is appointed as a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Decree of the Chairman of the Parliament Mazhilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 20 February 2002.
Baltabayev Quanysh Zhetpisovich was born on 1948, May 3 in Akmolinskaya oblast. In 1976 has graduated from the Kazakh State University Law Faculty. On graduating at university he worked as the lecturer of the criminal law chair of the Karagandinskij State University. From 1978 to 1981 was a Ph.D. student of the Philosophy and Law Institute of the Academy of Sciences Kazakh SSR. Baltabayev Quanysh Zhetpisovich is appointed as a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Decree of the Chairman of the Parliament Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 20 February 2002.
